Fall color along the Danube River

All sorts of castles surrounded by fall color greeted us this October as we cruised down the Danube.

The Munich Olympic Tower

We "collect" Olympic Sites in our travels. We have seen many, but Munich reminds us  of the deaths of the Israeli Athletes. 

In the Square of the Republic. Prague

While at one time it was a political meeting place, it is now a place of vendors, of food and drink, of seeing neighbors in the central portion of the city.  It is a nice place to have a sausage or to buy handcrafted gifts. We did both.

So here we go

Been gone for a month visiting five capitals of Eastern Europe. Here we walk into the square in Prague.
