Four Day Layover in Brussels on the way to southern Africa

Brussels in the headquarters of the European Union and a pretty city with lots to see.

We stopped there via Paris on our way to South Africa and Botswana (etc.). It is

a city of art and we hired a tour driver for the day to see the sights. 

He knew where all the good waffle places were.
