Palm Springs? Nope - Lismore, The Irish Republic

There are palm trees along the southern coast of Ireland and in Scotland, as well. The shells on the beaches are much the same as those on the eastern coast in the USA. The Gulf Stream from the Caribbean nicks the southern USA and goes right across the Atlantic to the British Isles. I would not have guess the nature of southern Ireland.
