Taking a bus from Munich is an easy way to get through the heart of Bavaria
and to the base of the hill upon which Neuschwanstein castle sits.
There is a shuttle from the base to the top or you can take a horse cart ride.
While the castle is wonderful, so is the view from there.
Our visit was in October just as the Fall color was coming out.
This photo was more about the color than the castle.
