The best adventures are those that contain surprises. There are wonders to be discovered by getting lost in the Highlands of Scotland or on the back roads of New England. After going down the Seine we traveled around Normandy
One of the ways to travel the D-Day beaches is by vintage army personnel carrier.
Kids loved it. I found it uncomfortable. The soldiers must have not been all that comfortable either.
