Rome, Italy by day and night

           

This photo was taken from the Hotel Diana rooftop, a bar, lounge and way to see Rome. To the left of center is Saint Peter's  Basilica in the Vatican. The Hotel Diana is just a few blocks from the train station (Termini) and a brief walk to the Forum and the Colosseum. Rome is a large city with special sights to see all around. We got around easily by bus ... or once by Roman taxi: if you did not believe in God before you started you mumbled prayers on your way.
