A Toast to Toast

The BellaVista is run by a nice family. The wife is the manager, the son and husband help out. Both mothers-in-law do light housekeeping. The mothers-in-law. in their long dark dresses, also keep the chairs in the lobby warm. This is real Italy.
The breakfast was excellent and shared with conversation with a couple from Ireland.
The reason for this post is the toast. Best toast I ever had. When it came to the breakfast, the husband was in charge - mainly of the toast. He made it the very best he could. He took pride in it. This is no small thing. It was superior toast.
