Just a couple of months after our second visit to Norte-Dame in Paris fire raged through the building.
We have been there for two masses and two tourist walk arounds.
While, at that point, the cathedral was historic, it was also dreary. The walls were discolored from years of candles burning and from insense.
While the fire was awful, it began a restoration to bring the cathedral into a new condition.
The photo above is one celebrating "Our Lady" Mary, Norte-Dame.
