Bavaria is a lovely area including Munich and much more.
When I was a child my parents talked about it in awe.
Clocks and woodcarvings and wild woods.
Neuschwanstein Castle is famous. It was built at just the right spot to be seen.
It is like a fairytale, but even if it were not, the trip takes you to beautiful sights.
You will need to have good shoes and likely take a bus to the top.
It is tough walking down the hill too.
The views are wonderful.
