From the parking lot at the causeway leading to Mont St. Michel, France

The parking lot for the island is on dry land. The causeway is a walkway to the actual island though the tidelands. This is a wonderful place and you can tell that by the number of tourists. It is a substantial hike from the base to the church at the peak. When we were there my wife and granddaughter went to the top. I walked the ramparts that circle the island. The visit here is often of people's bucket list.

In Defense of Norway (although it doesn't need it)

Very early morning in Norway.

Childish and envious President gets it all wrong again.

Because he did not earn a Nobel Peace Prize awarded by an a-political committee that happens to meet in Norway he calls it a "shithouse" country.

He wasn't knighted in England too. And, Melania is not having a building like the Taj Mahal built in which he can be buried. What does that say of Slovenia and India. Very day it is one unpresidential flap after another.

We have traveled widely, especially in Europe, during both terms of his presidency, and have discovered that people are sad and embarrassed for us. Most do not think the whole of America is a "shithouse" because of him.
