Dog poop

This is the sign in Kilkenny, Ireland. They don't tolerate dog poop.
People will say that Paris is full of folks that do not care and
honestly I have seen little of it.
It is not worse than my neighborhood in suburban United States.
Still, as Blue would say, "Let's be careful out there."
