Waiting for the fireworks

      As we wait for the fireworks to start in California on the Fourth of July, I am reminded of this day some 4 years ago when we were waiting for the fireworks on Bastille Day in Honfluer, France. The sky looked like rain there, but it did not. It was a joy to participate in their celebration.
