Butte

The photo is one  of a butte on the road from the Bay Area of California to Portland Oregon.

We  have driven it many times over the years.

It was not my turn to drive so when I saw the view I had to take a picture.

It is poor. Needs a good deal of Photoshop.

It reminded me of a friend who went to Israel on a tour. They covered lots of ground.

Most of his slides (slides in those days) taken from a bus were blurred and hard to see.

During his slide show, each time it changed, he said, "If you could see this, it was..."

This is better.
