First evening in Rome

     Our first night in Rome was all that we might hope it would be. Meeting nice people. Having a good dinner. Sipping excellent wine on the rooftop of our hotel. Then, as the sun went down, we looked in the distance to see the dome of St. Peter's at The Vatican.
