There are many great cities in the world, but London is very high on my list of favorites. It is not just because they speak English because they speak English in Detroit. It is not just the hustle because you cannot beat the vibe of New York. I think it is because of the history, the openness of the people and how easy it is to get around. The photo I took above is of one of my favorite spots. It is at Trafalgar Square looking toward the National Gallery and to St. Martin in the Fields. We have found ourselves there each trip. Right up the street between the two buildings is the British Museum and near there a great pie (meat) shop and pub. I could go on, but I just think I should book a flight.
The best adventures are those that contain surprises. There are wonders to be discovered by getting lost in the Highlands of Scotland or on the back roads of New England. There may just be a chance to meet a special character who changes your life. In ancient times these were sometimes known as angels.
WELCOME
