When we think of Scotland we think of scotch. In Ireland it is likely that beer comes to mind. But, in all of the UK and Ireland there many excellent wines available. While England is becoming a major wine producer, the wines served are often from South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. These places produce some of the best wines. As well, Scotland and England are not far from the vineyards of France. Here in this café, we sample some fruit of a local vineyard. Also note that dinnertime for most in the UK and Europe is after 8. We have American stomachs that bring us out at 6, way before locals.
The best adventures are those that contain surprises. There are wonders to be discovered by getting lost in the Highlands of Scotland or on the back roads of New England. There may just be a chance to meet a special character who changes your life. In ancient times these were sometimes known as angels.
WELCOME
