This is a photo of Dingle Harbor in Ireland. We were not prepared for a sunny day and both of us got bad sunburns by hiking out to the end of the harbor to watch the dolphin and fishing boats going in and out. It had been raining much of the time in Ireland - and yes we saw lots of rainbows which means the sun came out - but the sun had not stayed out for long. It was sunny the whole time we were staying in the town of Dingle. There were sunbathers on the small hidden beach and a lovely view of them and the water. It was worth it. The "ring" of Dingle is a beautiful spot. Take sunblock.
The best adventures are those that contain surprises. There are wonders to be discovered by getting lost in the Highlands of Scotland or on the back roads of New England. There may just be a chance to meet a special character who changes your life. In ancient times these were sometimes known as angels.
WELCOME
